Do you wish you could wave a magic wand and all your aches and pains would go away?
Does your heart hurt when your little ones are hurting with ear aches and pain?
Is Springtime awful in your house with everyone’s seasonal allergies?
Are you frustrated with bed wetters and all the laundry? Do you wish your aging parents could get around easier and enjoy life more?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then watch this video. This one therapy could help with all these problems.
My struggle is I am Natural Wellness Doctor, meaning I have a head full of knowledge of why kids have constant runny noses, allergies, asthma, ADD, ADHD, behavior issues, sleeping issues, bed-wetting issues, focus issues and the list goes on. I have counseled moms and kids for almost 20 years with “health challenges”. Many of these families saw radical improvements in the “issues” by following some simple steps. I always say: “the steps to improved health are SIMPLE but not easy.” I know this all to well with my own health challenges and those of my children.
The Number One Cause of Health Issues
It’s difficult for me to sit in a circle in my kids’ gym class listening to kids share that their favorite foods are Pizza, Macaroni and Cheese, Cake, or Cookies, knowing that most kids and adults health challenges can be improved and or corrected with food.
Now don’t get me wrong, if you ask my kids what their favorite foods are I am sure it would be Pizza or Organic Annie’s Macaroni and Cheese along with their favorite restaurant being the famous hamburger and french fry place called FIVE Guys, but I know and see what those foods do to my kids overtime.
My son is more sensitive to foods in the sense that eating gluten, dairy, or sugar for a few days will start to give him skin issues, hacking phlegm and he will lose focus much more easily.
My daughter on the other hand gets hyper with sugar and a week of eating too many carbs and sugary foods will change her from a sweet to moody and anxious. I also understand that as busy parents we have to do what we can and sometimes all we can do is eat out or eat what I like to call Quick foods like Macaroni and cheese and the famous Quesadillas.
“the steps to improved health are SIMPLE but not easy.”
So, when I see a child struggling with allergies week after week who eats milk products for snack time and all breads and sugars for lunch, I want to go up to the parent and give them FREE advice.
Or when a mom shares with me she has awful PMS, I want to show her all the Natural Wellness goodies in my purse that I know will help her.
It’s all I can do not to give her a $177 Consultation right on the spot for FREE.
Helping People Get Results
But then I remember after 20 years of Wellness coaching that the best results come from helping people who aren’t just curious but who are serious about making a change. I remember that those who have the most success are individuals and families who are looking for answers and upon finding them will do the work, make the changes, and invest in their health. Because health issues require time, money and resources to get better — not just one trip to the doctor and a co-pay.
After years of not always honoring myself or the other person I am committing to not blab all that is in my head and heart when I see a health issue I think I could fix. And if anything, being in the hospital for 20 days with my husband has taught me humility. I don’t have all the answers, I can’t fix everything with nutrition, Chiropractic, essential oils, and detoxification.
But I do have knowledge, resources and proven step by step solutions that have helped hundreds of individuals who were ready to ready to receive the information, and upon receiving the information did something with it!

Have you ever noticed that after eating certain foods your throat feels congested and you’re constantly clearing your throat?
Do you feel puffy the next morning after eating certain foods? Or do you struggle with tight stiff muscles in the morning or after sitting a long time?
Other signs of food sensitivities include icky uncomfortable and recurring skin issues. All these aches and pains could be related to foods your body is sensitive to.
Your Favorite Foods Could Be Causing Inflammation
I know you probably don’t want to hear that some of your favorite foods are causing you the dreaded INFLAMMATION, but it’s important to know for your health and future.
The good news is many times if you take the right steps you will eventually be able to eat those delicious things again.
It’s all about taking the path to healing.
Uncover Your Food Sensitivities
I recently did a Food Sensitivity Test to know more or less where I needed to make positive adjustments for my overall wellness. I learned a lot and managed to connect the dots between some discomfort I have been feeling recently and foods I have been eating.
In the video I also share a few things that can help you start exploring whether you need to reassess your food choices for total wellness.

Keto was a key part of my most recent physical transformation. I REALLY FELT AMAZING on this eating plan and in 21 days my body changed so much (see the picture below). I had no pain, no allergies, and so much ENERGY. I wanted to keep feeling like that but some things led to my downfall. Let me share these with you.
My Introduction to Keto
The Keto Diet was recommended to me by my friend and colleague Dr. Sharneal Wolverton-Sehon. I watched her transform her body and heal from some pretty serious stuff over the course of 2 years.
In my experience Keto eating takes work, resources and extra cash. I spent an extra 1 hr – 2 hrs cooking, and organizing what I would eat in my Plan TO EAT and MyFitnessPal. There are some other great Keto trackers out there, just Google them. It cost about $80 more a week but sometimes I think I overbought so plan on $50 -75 and I was feeding most all my family on this diet.
I posted a couple videos where you can watch about my experience.
This one in particular was after the initial 21 days.
My Down Fall With Keto
First, I got myself a little run down staying up super late with all the extra energy I had. And that’s where it began. Next, I got too busy and would forget to eat all my healthy fats. That’s when you start to get very hungry; when you don’t get sufficient fat in. Fat really does make you feel full and not crave sweets, sugars or carbs. I AM NOT JOKING IT’s AMAZING. Just then, I started eating more carbs and more carbs until I was out of Ketosis.
You can learn more about Ketosis everywhere but here is some good info.
My Come Back
One particularly hard morning when I was having some leg cramps I prayed to God to help me get back on track and by that evening I had an answer.
By the way, to avoid leg cramps while on Keto be sure to add Magnesium into your diet without eating a banana. MegaCal by Young Living is a great choice.

I was attending my local Gym’s open house Total Women Gym and they had a vendor called Diet to Go. Have you ever heard of it? It’s a fresh meal service that is in several different states. They have several different meal plan options and they just so had a plan called CARB 30. You can get 3 meals a day especially designed to follow a somewhat Keto Diet with less or around 30 Carbs a day. I WAS SO EXCITED.
I felt like God answered my prayers. See even though it’s more expensive than buying groceries and cooking my own Keto Friendly foods it saves me at least 1 to 2 hours a day 7 days a week. That is 7-14 hrs of my time, time of which I can be present with my kids, teaching and grooming them or working where I earn money in that extra 1-2 hrs a day.
I am 4 weeks into Diet to Go with myself, my husband, the kids, my mom and 2 of my friends are trying some of the meals and food too. They all love it. The food comes already cooked so just pop the meal into the toaster oven or oven for 15-20 minutes and it’s perfect.
Diet to Go Tips & Tricks
So here are a few tips if you are going to try Diet to Go or prepping your own food weekly.
Keto: if you are doing Keto Diet you will need to add more fat to the Diet to Go Carb 30. Add MCT oil, some olive oil or avocado mayo to things. Just measure it out, its super easy.
Use a Tracker: All the Diet to Go meals are in My Fitness Pal so it’s perfect for pre-setting your days and adding what you need or taking out what you don’t.
Get some Good Probiotics: My favorite Bubbles Sauerkraut. Getting those Probiotics from the Sauerkraut is so helpful for digestion.
You may also want to consider a probiotic supplement like Life 9 by Young Living.

Change what you don’t like: Diet to Go lets you change things out and even go on hold with meals which is GREAT! Make sure to review your menus prior to your cut off dates and even plan them in your calendar.
Read the directions and follow them: They have great directions on what snacks you can and can not add to the Diet to Go program. For example, if you add in a Chobani yogurt, an apple, a cookie, popcorn or dessert you may sabotage your weight loss goals. I am seeing plateaus in my weight when I don’t stick to my foods.
The Value of a Food Service
Diet to Go has delicious healthy options for the busy mom like me who needs every minute of her day. Diet to Go is excellent for the single person, elderly person, vegetarian, or any person serious about getting healthy.
If you want to lose weight stick to the meals. These meals are made so you don’t have to think or really eat anything else. For Keto it will be helpful to add fat and maybe give a few of your veggies or bites of meat to your dinner guests. Most all the meals are cooked so add some fresh greens and low carb veggies.
If you have listened to my previous lectures I always recommend having a health budget. Money set aside for investing in your health, whether that is a personal trainer or gym membership, nutritional supplements or essential oils, massage and Chiropractic. Now I think some of us should consider looking into Diet to Go service.

theTotal Wellness Doc and mom
I have had a bit of a rough road the past 7 years; getting pregnant 8 times and having 6 miscarriages and two full births — my now 4 and 7 year old kids — my body has been hormonally challenged, to say the least. In 2012 after my second miscarriage I really started to get my body healthy with Young Living’s Slique Challenge and focused exercise with Chalene Extreme videos. I think now is a great time to share my honest weight loss journey.
Here are my results from then.
Ironically I got pregnant with my daughter after that. Sarah was born in April of 2013 and in the Fall of 2013 God called us to move to Florida. My body wasn’t super healthy when we got there I suffered from Adrenal Fatigue and more weight gain. I had another miscarriage in early 2014 and then a late 20 week miscarriage in December of 2014. It was a difficult year, but I was blessed to have amazing family and friends around me. I was about 50 lbs overweight after all of that.
Getting Back On Track
In the Fall of 2015 I decided to start back on getting healthy and strong and I hired a Nutrition and Exercise Coach Susan Steele from www.susansnutrition.com. It was very powerful for me and the Personal Training was incredible. I released almost 25 of the 50 extra lbs in about 11 months. Here is some pictures from that transformation:
Then God instructed us to make some serious changes in our life and we literally picked up and moved across the US to California for a fabulous job offer my husband got. We knew only 2 people there, had no family and no help. It was way harder than I had anticipated. But I think that doing the HARD THINGS does make your life so much richer. It’s been 7 months since we moved and I now have more than 2 friends now, we have some help and life is good. But how is my health and my weight loss going?
Staying On Top of My Self-Care
With this move I found myself emotionally eating and a bit depressed. Before I knew it I gained 10lbs and then more. I realized I needed to stop the madness and get control again. Prior to starting to get on track I also noticed some signs of aging in my skin and other things.
As a Natural Health Doc I know that staying youthful has a lot to do with what you eat and your liver. Supporting the liver can make positive changes in your skin, face, energy, weight and so much more. That’s right around when I started Liver Cleansing again.
In March I decided to join the Slique in 60 Weight loss challenge. It was great in the beginning I was excited and stuck to the program. I lost 9 lbs in less than 3 weeks. I was doing great. And then I didn’t get a period for 10 weeks, my endocrine system and hormones were readjusting after a miscarriage I had in February. About half of my 60 day challenge was CHALLENGING! In the end I had released about 7-8 lbs and several inches around my waist and hips. I was disappointed at first but realized, WAIT I need to celebrate that success and change my thinking. It’s when we give up in our mind that our body will follow. So I am not going to give up on being healthy and fit. I am going to continue to support my body’s detox and endocrine systems. I am going to continue to exercise and eat the best I can. I am going to balance my hormones and stay on top of my Self Care.
I need to celebrate that success and change my thinking. It’s when we give up in our mind that our body will follow.
